I'm an AI Engineer living in Gurugram, Haryana, originally from Kottayam, Kerala. I build LLM-powered agents and enterprise AI features on top of large-scale, regulated backend systems — and I've spent the last four years on both sides of that stack, across fintech and telecom.
At FNZ I'm currently building AI agents on the Azure AI stack — executive-briefing agents for senior leadership, risk-event logging automation, and the AI Triage Mailbox that's live for 5+ enterprise clients. Before that I shipped a Java-based investor onboarding platform with automated KYC (Azure Document Intelligence) and e-signatures (DocuSign), and co-developed an AI Prospect Agent for the sales pipeline.
Prior to FNZ, I spent three years at Airtel Africa — I built the Airtel Applite (PWA) backend from scratch, contributed to the WhatsApp chat commerce layer, worked on the B2C middleware and event-aggregation services powering KPI reporting across multiple African markets, and owned low-level design for Inventory and Order Management.
I earned my B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Bhopal, and I'm currently pursuing an MBA in International Business at IIFT Delhi (expected March 2028). I'm Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
Day to day I work in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Azure OpenAI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.

Four years across fintech and telecom — from consumer-scale Java backends at Airtel Africa to enterprise AI agents at FNZ.
Building executive-briefing AI agents that surface industry trends, competitor movement, and prospect analysis for senior leadership. Also owning AI-driven risk-event logging automation and contributing to the Mission Control initiative — evaluating, auditing, and shipping enterprise AI agents with reliability and governance controls.
Rolled out the AI Triage Mailbox to 5+ enterprise clients — LLM-driven issue classification and workflow automation. Shipped a Java-based investor onboarding platform with automated KYC (Azure Document Intelligence) and e-signatures (DocuSign), and co-developed the AI Prospect Agent for the sales pipeline. All on the Azure OpenAI stack with enterprise AI governance patterns.
Designed and built backend event-aggregation services powering business KPI reporting across multiple African markets. Built a 5G coverage lookup and device-compatibility service, and owned maintenance and enhancement of Airtel Lite deployments across country operations.
Built the Airtel Applite (PWA) backend from scratch and contributed to Airtel Africa’s WhatsApp chat commerce service and B2C middleware — Spring Boot, Java, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis. Owned low-level design for Inventory and Order Management services: data models, API contracts, and workflows.
Worked on Airtel Africa’s B2B sales and distribution platform (Java, OracleDB, Struts2, iReport) — feature development, compliance with African OPCO regulations, and adding security filters/interceptors to strengthen the legacy system.
